• Pulled Pork - pork slow cooked to perfection with or without our signature BBQ sauce
• Chicken Quarters - Chicken quarters cooked perfectly that melts in your mouth.
• Chicken Thighs - Same as above just a bit smaller.
• Brisket - The most amazing brisket you'll ever taste.  Slow cooked to allow all the flavors to marry, you can cut this with a fork!

• Chicken Tenders- White breast meat breaded tenders with dipping sauce.
• Boneless Chicken Wings - White breast chunks breaded and served with dipping sauce.
• Hot Dogs -  Hot Dog served with or without a bun
• Hamburger - Hamburger with or without a bun

• Mashed Potatoes- Perfect mashed potatoes (Gravy included)
• Mac and Cheese - Homeade Mac and Cheese, you want to dictate the cheese feel free!
• Baked Beans - Perfectly cooked beans that are amazing!

• Parslied Potatoes - small potatoes cooked to fork tender, tossed in butter, salt and garlic with FRESH parsley
• Green Beans or Corn - Because Mom told you to eat your veggies

• Italian Pasta Salad- Pasta of your choice, with tomatoes, onions, peppers, salami, pepperoni and parmesean cheese tossed in Italian Dressing.  (hot peppers option as well)
• Macaroni Salad - Big Mamma's Special Macaroni Salad
• Mixed Greens Salad - Iceberg and Romaine lettuce tossed with tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions
• Dressing Choices- Ranch, French, Italian, Bleu Cheese and Red Roquefort

• Loaded Mashed Taters- Loaded Baked Potato Mashed
• Cheesy Potatoes - shredded potatoes cooked in a gooey cheesy sauce
• Buttered Noodles - Home cooked just like Grandma used to make tossed in butter
